| Consumer Guarantee and Returns Policy No Quibble Guarantee: You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 21 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. However returned goods must be complete with all contents and in perfect/unworn condition in order to receive a refund or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange:
1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
2. Please send the product back to us together with your invoice to the address below. Please provide a reason why you are returning the product and whether you want a refund or wish to exchange the product.

3. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Takkoda at your own expense.
5. We will write to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
6. Please note that refunds for T-shirts bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.
Legal Statements on Returns: Returning any item within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 21 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Takkoda will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Takkoda on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Orders collected from Takkoda incur no handling charge. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
